Ludo,
the leading light for many years of the Belgium team, missed out on World
Championship team bronze in Jerez when his horse Parco came down with
a fever just before the trot up. Ludo’s is individual silver medalist
at the last European Championships in Arnhem, and his partner in Sydney,
Otterongo (equal fourth) has been way laid with an injury for over a year
now. But Parco, the leading horse in the Samsung Nations Cup series in
2001 has proven a more than able second string.
Ludo Philippaerts and Parco just recently finished in the top ten at
the World Cup finals in Las Vegas 2003. |
