Chris Stafford has worked for over 25 years in equestrian sports as a TV and Video Producer, Scriptwriter, Author, Journalist, Photographer, Voice Artist and Press Officer.
She has
covered Olympic Games, World Equestrian Games, World Cups, European and other international
championships for print and broadcast media around the world
and served as Press Officer for major international events.
She was the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Equestrian Sport Media Requirements Analyst for the International Olympic Committee. Chris has published several books, recorded audio books and voice-overs on equestrian sports. She has also written video and TV scripts, broadcast on radio and TV to include live coverage from major equestrian events such as the Sydney Olympic Games. Her photography has been published extensively around the world.
Clients include FEI World Cup Qualifiers (Eventing), International Show Jumping events and CIC Horse Trials. Chris is part of the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event commentary team providing post-ride interviews.
Her first career was as a professional rider during which time she worked for Caroline Bradley, Peter Robeson and Vittorio Orlandi.
