On the show manager’s shoulders rests the successful outcome of the show. A showjumping competition is an involved event, equivalent in complexity to a major theatrical stage performance. The show manager is the person who coordinates all aspects of the competition as it happens, overseeing judges, contestants, commentators, television producers and crews, and many other behind-the-scenes players.
