     Clark Davis

Richard Markell Clark's primary residence is in Rolling Hills Estates, California, a community dedicated to enhancing all equestrian activities. He began his career as a Deputy Sheriff for Los Angeles County. Clark spent his final 12 months with the Sheriff's Department as Sheriff Sherman Block's personal aide, and left in 1982 to co-found his current firm.

His firm became very successful in the campaign management and political consulting business. In 1987, Clark's firm expanded to include public relations and business consulting for its clients. The firm's client base has been wide-ranging, including firms such as Exxon-Mobil, Shell Oil, Sempra Energy, Phillip Morris Companies, 7-11, K&B Homes, Pardee Homes, Maguire-Thomas and Trammel Crow. Other clients included Waste Management Inc., BFI, W.H. Smith and AMPCO/System Parking. Clark's personal favorites were representing Howard Hughes Corporation (1982-1997) to obtain approvals for construction of Howard Hughes Business Center and its various housing master plans; and representing Los Angeles County and the City of Los Angeles to obtain approvals required to build the Frank Gehry-designed Los Angeles Disney Hall.

In 1994, Clark purchased 100% of the corporation and changed the firm's goals and objectives to include ownership participation in many of the business projects of the firm's clients. Clark has performed sponsorship, public relations and advertising consulting for Las Vegas World Invitational (LVWI). This year, the focus has also included strategic planning to help LVWI become the world's premiere equestrian event.

Clark previously served as a Los Angeles County Commissioner for both the Public Health Commission and the Public Social Services Commission. He was also a City Transportation Commissioner, an elected member of Los Angeles City's "Central City Association's Government Relations Committee," and acted in the same capacity for the Greater Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.

Clark currently serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations. These groups assist inner-city training programs and anti-gang programs. Others provide funding for the Crippled Children's Hospital, groups working to save at-risk horses, sporting events, and basic education improvement programs. He personally supports our Armed Forces, Tsunami Relief, After School Programs and now Hurricane Relief Funds.

Clark's wife of 25+ years is an avid equestrian and started her own firm after graduating from U.C.L.A. His son played football for the USC Trojans and obtained a degree in telecommunications with the distinction of summa cum laude (4.0 GPA).

Clark is a partner in another Nevada Corporation and looks forward to living in Las Vegas to help the LVWI maintain its elite world status.
